Michael Herzog performs mediation and arbitration services in many types of disputes, both before ad during litigation. His broad experience gives him a unique perspective that affords all parties an objective and fair-minded approach to dispute resolution. He is particularly qualified to provide truly objective case analysis, having tried and litigated complex cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
In addition to having been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years, Mr. Herzog served as a judge pro tempore of the civil division of Maricopa County Superior court since 1988. For over 15 years, Mr. Herzog has presided over jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and settlement conferences for the Superior Court. During this same time period, he has also provided private mediation and arbitration services.
